Warranty & Policies
All of our clocks are fully guaranteed for one year. This guarantee is for normal use and not subject to clocks damaged from non-operational use or abuse. Any damage during shipping must be reported immediately and customer must keep all shipping boxes for inspection to process the damage claim. Upon approval of damage claim from shipping company, a replacement will be sent at no cost to the customer. Warranty is available in USA only and not valid on international orders.
Return Policy
Should you need to return an item due to damage or defect please contact us within 15 days of the delivery date. Please call us at 330-669-2114 before returning any merchandise. Keep ALL of the original packaging; otherwise additional charges may be applied.
Shipping Information
Our clocks are shipped UPS, FedEx or USPS in the continental USA only. Sorry, no COD orders. Delivery time is currently approx. 2 weeks. If you need a clock by a certain date, please contact us and we will make every effort to meet your deadline.
